Simple & Easy: Turkey Wrap

If you are in a rush or just looking for a quick fix for lunch this is for you. Yesterday I made a turkey wrap which was filling and doesn’t give you a guilt trip!


Most of the ingredients you probably have in your fridge already. I got the flour wraps from Trader Joe’s called, "Lavash Bread."


INGREDIENTS:


🧜🏽‍♀️ 1 Flour Wrap

🧜🏽‍♀️ 1 Tomato

🧜🏽‍♀️ 2-3 Turkey Breast Slices

🧜🏽‍♀️ 4-5 Spinach Leaves

🧜🏽‍♀️ 3/4 Cup of Cooked Pinto Beans

🧜🏽‍♀️ Feta Cheese

🧜🏽‍♀️ Jalapeño Mustard

🧜🏽‍♀️ 1-3 Avocado Slices



Literally just combine the ingredients as shown above, roll it, then cut in half. Enjoy Mermaid!

P.S. My avocado went bad so I had to go without this time.
