Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. 

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.

Gold Vermeil will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturisers, hairspray, soaps and perspiration. These are a fact of life for any jewelry lover, so regular cleaning will help keep your jewelry sparkling. All Druzy charms do not look exactly the same.
